Just trying all features.. you have to push color buttons for @15 seconds for on/off. I don’t feel anything in EMS mode. The instructions are terrible. I’ll give it a bit more time — we’ll seeIt makes my face much smoother and has been fading my acne scars quickly. Applying make up looks MUCH better now and I do see a difference when using this product versus when I don't. I have used it at one to two times a day since receiving it but it just started going bad (haven't had it for ten days yet). It started to turn off or sound like it was dying and then turn back on, almost like there is an electrical disconnection in the battery to the mask. I'm returning it for the same product. I love all the different light features so I use the flicker option on high intensity lumen. I don't like the extremely loud beeping noises it makes when pushing the buttons. I do wish the company would have included some conductive gel so I could try to micro stimulation portion of the product but I will buy my own. It's painful to try that part without the gel as it literally zaps the face. Lol. I also find that the eye area digs into my face and it's much worse when I'm using the goggles, but bearable.Where can I get a replacement cord for this? Bought this last May and months in, only a few of the color settings would work. I tried contacting the seller several times but never received a response. I now think it may be that the cord (the one that plugs into the outlet) became faulty somehow and that is possibly why the mask isn’t working properly. If I knew where to buy a replacement cord, I could test out this theory before having to buy a whole new mask...Other than that, I LOVED this mask when it was working properly! El aditamento para trabajar el cuello solo lo he utilizado yo y definitivamente ayuda a mejorar la apariencia y tensión en la piel, después de una semana la piel se ve más firme y más gruesa. The flexible design makes it easy to use on your back, arms, legs and face. Within a 30 minute treatment I have noticed a reduction of inflammation in my joints when I use this device. I am on prescription strength topical acne medication and often get irritation and inflammation side affects from the medication. I have noticed a reduction in my acne inflammation and irritation when using the blue light setting. Not only has it helped my skin complexion and joint pain, it also give me some light therapy to put me in a good mood. It certainly helps improve my mood during the transition of the seasons. If you use it laying down on your back, the weight of it will press the eye goggles into your eye sockets with such force you’ll actually be in pain!!! Not to mention the deep dents around your eyes from the goggles pressing so hard. It took over 2 hours for them to go away.It has a head strap, so you would think the solution would be to use it sitting up, right?! Nope!! Can’t do that either. Because whether you’re using sitting up or laying down, the piece that covers the neck WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED TO THE MASK. The neck piece connects to the mask with the flimsiest piece of plastic that will NOT stay connected (see pic). It doesn’t “click” into the opening. You’ll need to use duct tape with each use, or it will fall out constantly & you’ll struggle to reconnect it. I had to stop the session to take the mask off & reconnect the neck piece.Seriously. This mask is too expensive to be this difficult to use. Find a better made product. Don’t buy this one.I'm so thankful I found this LED Light.
